Zhengzhou Xiaoshuangqiao Site

The Zhengzhou Xiaoshuangqiao Site is located in the northwest suburbs of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, which was discovered in 1989. After large-scale excavation from 1990 to 2000, it ranked as one of the “China’s Top Ten New Archaeological Discoveries” in 1995. After 2000, the Henan Provincial Institute of Cultural Heritage and Archaeology and other institutions successively conducted investigations and excavations on the Xiaoshuangqiao Site. In 2006, it was rated as “the Key Historical and Cultural Sites under National-Level Protection”. The main accumulation age of the site is mainly the Baijiazhuang period of the Shang Dynasty.
