The Ancient Capital Site of Zheng and Han States

The Ancient Capital Site of Zheng and Han States is located in Xinzheng City, Henan Province. It was once the capital of the Zheng State and then was the capital of the Han State in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty with an area of 16 square kilometers. At present, it is one of the most well-preserved sites among the city ruins of the same period and is the third batch of the National Archaeological Site Park. It has been listed as “China’s 100 Major Archaeological Discoveries of the 20th Century” and “Top 100 Archaeological Discoveries in Henan Province of the Century”.
